Common questions
Do employees need their own account?
Yes. Each worker has their own login. You assign training to them by email; they claim it and complete it on their own account.
Is course access included in the free plan?
Course purchases are separate from the account. The account is free; courses are priced per person at checkout.
Can I cancel or remove employees?
Yes. You can remove members at any time. Removed employees keep their account and certificates — your visibility into their training ends.
