Excavation Competent Person Training

This hybrid construction-safety program teaches the excavation knowledge and field-decision framework needed to recognize hazards, verify protective measures, and stop unsafe exposure. It covers changing conditions, protective-system verification, access, utilities, water, atmospheres, and inspection decisions. Completion provides knowledge training only; employer field evaluation and authorization remain required before anyone is presented as a competent person.
